Good morning, grass!

A puppet musical performance was created by the authors of the successful children's book Čuk na palici (Svetlana Makarovič). In the performance, we can hear songs set to music for the first time from well-known collections by Anja Štefan, such as Rosa, Izlet, Čmrlj, and others, as well as some unpublished songs.

The group of actors presents to children the life on the meadow: a rich variety of flowers and insects, and small animals that live in holes, among the grass and foliage, and near the meadow streams. With the game of guessing, children participate in discovering the nature that changes from morning to evening. The plants shyly unfold in the morning dew, during the day they richly open their flowers, and in the evening, they invite swarms of insects, accompanied by busy mice, brave snails, and lazy frogs.
