Miha Guštin - GUŠTI has been making music for forty years. He is the author and performer of many hits that have graced the airwaves, TV channels, concert halls and club halls. His songs have influenced generations.
Who doesn't know the hit "Black Tulip", but also the hit songs such as "Ice from the North", "I'm No Longer with You", "Little Nymphomaniac", "Rola se", "Garbage Hip Hop", "Phenomenon", "Tattoo" and many others, which Guszti wrote when he was the guitarist of the band "Big Foot Mama", when he was shaking the stages all over Slovenia.
He continued his breadth and sense of music in the duo Gušti and Polona, adding a completely new and fresh sound to Slovenian pop. Always for Me, Mine Year, Poppy Fields, D Day, My Dream My Planet Trip still sound fresh and incisive after two decades.
He has written some of the most recognisable songs for the TV series Naša mala klinika, Nova dvajseta and for the youth film Nika.
As a freelance performer, he continues with hits such as Blue Sun, Ordinary Citizen, It's Good. He surprised the Slovenian Eurovision Song Contest by collaborating with Leyre Legarda Ventura on the song Nova romtika.
He will immortalise his anniversary on the music scene with a special big concert with guests joining him in Ljubljana's legendary Križanke on Saturday, 19 September 2024.
