Liffe before Liffe: Tribute to a Vision
Description
The cross-border film festival, Tribute to a Vision, is dedicated to developing quality film d’auteur, as well as promoting and building an open, challenging and innovative cross-border film landscape, an arena for face-to-face encounters between filmmakers and spectators.
Our featured guests are visionaries, critical thinkers and creative artists, all intrepid experimenters who see the medium of cinema as a powerful tool for understanding society.
In cooperation with numerous partners, film festivals and cultural institutions from Slovenia and Italy, we are committed to establishing intercultural dialogue and to spreading film culture in the interregional area. The festival, this year celebrating its 25th anniversary, forms part of the European Capital of Culture – GO! Borderless 2025 programme.
