Description

She comes fr om Šentjanž near Dravograd in Carinthia, wh ere she also attended the High School in Ravne in Carinthia. He has been singing since childhood. At the age of 10, she performed at the international singing festival Super Chris in Austria and won. She performed several times at the FeNS festival for young people, where she won first place in 2008 and third place in 2009. In 2010, she was declared the most talented at a singing or music competition in Ljubljana, and the following year she also won there.

She became known to the wider Slovenian public with her participation in Mission Eurovision, the show in which they chose the Slovenian representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2012. She was considered the favorite fr om the start of the show and made it all the way to the finals, wh ere she won a ticket to perform at the 2012 Emmy Awards. She also won with the song "Verjamem", with which she represented Slovenia as the youngest representative of all time at the age of 16 at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku. In the same year, she took part in another Slovenian festival - the revived Melodies of the Sea and the Sun, where she performed with the song "Dvigni mi krila" and took 2nd place. She also performed at the Summer Night, an event celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Slovenian Singer, with the song "Včeraj, Danes, Jutri" by Elda Viler. The year 2012 was also marked by collaboration with Jan Plestenjak on the song "To leto bo moje", one of the biggest Slovenian hits of that year.
