IN MACRAMÉ, WE MEET DIFFERENT CREATORS FROM THIS AND THAT SIDE OF GRADAŠČICA.
In the showcases, various exquisite pastries from top-notch pastry workshops are on display and for the enjoyment.
Cakes and pies, just as we know them from the old days, are created by Tanja Drinovec under the name Umami. Ronja and Ida, as well as tiramisu, also come from her hands. And for all nostalgics, there are also little Indians available!
In his distinctive style, Zebra patisserie chef Tomi Češek brings the remaining mono cakes and macarons.
Classics like roll and gibanica are entrusted to Domači peki, who follows traditional recipes from the time when the baking of goodies took place at Tabor in Ljubljana.
At the other end of the timeline stands the youngest creator, Manja Pergar, with her cake pops, doughnuts on sticks, and cones from the workshop Njama from Friškovec.
Because a couple of cookies go perfectly with excellent coffee, there are vegan Drožoškoti, exactly as the name suggests, with sourdough.
Liza's garden takes care of raw treats, all made from organic and vegan ingredients, perfect for those with dietary restrictions.
And when it's time for ice cream, half of the flavors come from Trnovska creative workshop Ta Strletov ice cream and half from Koseze from the Joni workshop. Both ends of Ljubljana adhere to the commandment of using exclusively natural ingredients.
Barbara and Iva gather herbs in nature and make wild green spreads called Biogetta from them. The spreads are naturally fermented, which extends shelf life and increases biological value.
Breakfasts are kept for ourselves. We assemble them fresh every morning here at Eipprova. Right after that, hummus is made from chickpeas right here.
And then all of us, who move around the tables, make sure that all the goodies are accompanied to your table with a smile and good cheer!
